Here's a snapshot of your day

  • Adopting and agreeing the best negotiation strategy with internal stakeholders
  • Support the legal and business teams in the negotiation
  • Involved with the sales, tender or retender process
  • Achieving contract signature
  • Providing and maintaining standard documentation
  • Provide summaries and training on contract obligation in coordination with SMEs
  • Support the delivery of commercial training courses
  • Providing commercial guidance at tender stage and throughout the contract life cycle
  • Staying abreast of changes in commercial practice and market trends.
  • Analysing the circumstances and articulating the options and potential outcomes
  • Influence and motivate stakeholders to take the best commercial solution
  • Building key customer contacts to strengthen CBRE's position in the development of longterm customer relationships
  • Taking the lead on business issues which could lead to high risk or litigation/disputes coordinating with the operators and legal team as required
  • Timely and contractually robust order placement
  • Transferring risk by backtoback obligations
  • Supporting the negotiation of Supplier agreements
  • Previous experience in a commercial role within facilities management, building services and projects industry.
  • Experience in construction and maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
  • Undergraduate and/or Post-Graduate qualifications in Business, Law, Engineering or construction
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess strong management leadership skills
  • Selfmotivated, dedicated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to prioritize and react quickly to resolve issues/challenges
