Job Description:


The role also includes the support and management of digital channels including Search Engine Optimisation, mobile app, digital campaigns, and website animation.


Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Manage and implement website animation for Accor's market leading websites, ensuring offers and promotions are regularly updated and content is up to date and well maintained;
  • Maintain Accor's website animation plan, ensuring all stakeholder campaigns and promotions are considered;
  • Provide support and liaison for website and APP requests via centralized ticketing system. Championing CMS template evolutions to support Pacific content requirements with the central CMS and Digital Factory teams.
  • Regularly liaise with regional and international teams to identify relevant content for promotion on the Accor websites;
  • Support the development and implementation of Accor's local Mobile App strategy, increasing the downloads, activation and engagement of users to improve the app contribution;

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in business/marketing;
  • Experience in a similar role within digital marketing/sales, minimum 2 years;
  • Excellent copy writing skills; and
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and website CMS, and Adobe Campaign
