Beaumont People are currently recruiting for a Content and Digital Communications Specialist to support an established charity on a temp to perm basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging individual to join a small and dynamic team that is actively bringing about positive change both locally and nationally.

In the role, you will work closely with the marketing and fundraising team to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across diverse marketing channels.


We are looking for someone with a passion for social media and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help their team.


About the role:

  • Temporary to Permanent, fulltime role or 4 days a week
  • Hybrid work arrangement and central office based in Ultimo
  • Competitive salary packaging

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing social media across various platforms
  • Monitoring, reporting and analysis with a focus on key learning and recommendations for strategy development to ensure consistent growth
  • Content creation for the website, all social media platforms, external publications and press releases
  • Translating complex and sensitive information into accessible and engaging content appropriate for social media and in line with brand
  • Other general day to day duties in line with the position

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problemsolving and analysis
  • Willing to undertake a Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Work rights that allow you to work on a permanent basis
  • Immediately available
