In this remote role, you will be expected to operate within the US PST time zone to facilitate effective collaboration among teams. Candidates are typically hired close to this baseline, with the final salary depending on their skills and experience. In the United States, we have defined three geographic pay zones with specific salary ranges for each.


As a member of our Finance team, you will take on the role of Senior Manager, driving initiatives to scale our finance business processes and support the global organization's growth. Your responsibilities will include leading data exploration, implementing AI solutions, analyzing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through technology and automation.


You'll get to:

  • Conduct process and data analysis to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with IT & Finance teams on operational enhancement projects
  • Utilize Atlassian collaboration tools and AI features to support cross-functional teams
  • Lead efforts to streamline and modernize the Finance function
  • Manage Finance integration for acquired businesses

Your background:

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting operations
  • Experience with data science and Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent business partnering and program management skills
  • Passion for problem-solving and project management
