About the Role


Reporting to the General Manager Fleet, Innovation & Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for driving business improvement and enabling key decision makers by developing, maintaining & presenting accurate business intelligence models and reports to both internal & external stakeholders.


You will also be required to work collaboratively with our Business Unit General Managers (and other Leaders) to improve data collection, storage, integrity, and visualisation.


About You

  • Experience and skills using: Incorta, Tableau, PowerBI or a similar business intelligence tool; Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); and SQL including SQL Servers, leading into a strong and innovative understanding of data visualisations that would enable senior executives and other leaders to make databased decisions.
  • Extensive knowledge of delivering contract bus services, particularly bus operations and maintenance key performance indicator drivers.
  • Robust analytical, problemsolving, and attention to detail skills, with a willingness to work with others to find solutions that deliver improved business outcomes.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous selfdevelopment
  • Conducting interactive presentations and preparing detailed reports for effective communication of data and intelligence to a diverse audience
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines and support others to meet tight deadlines.
  • Track record working in small, fast paced project teams.
  • Sound knowledge of financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in data science, information systems, or equivalent will be advantageous
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, transport, or equivalent will also be advantageous
