We are actively seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the Adelaide based firm.


This position will collaborate closely with the Business Advisory Directors, playing a key role in advancing and achieving the divisions strategic goals.

Prior experience working in Accounting or Financial organisations is crucial for this role.

About the role

  • Communicate policy changes, policy modifications, and project outcomes across all divisions.
  • Primary point of contact for all inquiries related to the Business Advisory Division, whether of technical or peoplecentric nature.
  • Support management regarding employee recruitment, training, and development initiatives, identify client opportunities, conduct team and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee and track the timely submission of client tax lodgements throughout the year.
  • Supervise access to the online services platform for agents.
  • Facilitate and coordinate client transfers within the division.
  • Lead the preparation, analysis, and commentary of regular reporting for both the division and the firm.

About you

  • Extensive experience in the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record in effectively overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of previous organisations.
  • Confident and adept at delivering presentations in diverse settings.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge base and up to date understanding of latest legislative changes and best practices.
  • Effective time management skills
  • Capacity to perform research work and deliver comprehensive and accurate data.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and adept at solving problems.
  • Demonstrate elevated professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness in every aspect of work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and establish meaningful connections with stakeholders.
  • Possess exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience working in Accounting or Financial organisations.
