ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Optical Dispenser who will attend to our patients. Ideally you will have held a similar role and be familiar with the dynamics of an Optometry Practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Able to work in a fastpast environment with Optometrist (Saturday work would be oneonone with the Optometrist )
  • Able to work both independently or within a team environment
  • Previous experience in Optics very much favoured, however inhouse training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills with compassion towards customers and team members
  • Knowledge in frame and lens selection, with demonstrated ability to interpret a patient's prescription
  • Demonstrated experience managing practice stock, ordering & invoicing
  • Experience in patient pretesting, performing visual field testing and other diagnostic imaging
  • Reception & administration
