We are a locally owned and operated full scope Optometry Practice which has been established in the same location for 20 years. As owners and Optometrists Claire and Ben Park bring together 40+ years of Optical Experience, ensuring the highest level of eye care.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Optical Dispenser who will attend to our patients. Ideally you will have held a similar role and be familiar with the dynamics of an Optometry Practice.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Able to work in a fast-past environment with Optometrist
- Saturday work would be one-on-one with the Optometrist and is essential for the role
- Other hours are flexible and can include some weekday afternoon hours and flexible hours when staff on annual leave / sick leave
- Able to work both independently or within a team environment
- Previous experience in Optics very much favoured, however in-house training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with compassion towards customers and team members
- Knowledge in frame and lens selection, with demonstrated ability to interpret a patient’s prescription
- Demonstrated experience managing practice stock, ordering & invoicing
- Experience in patient pre-testing, performing visual field testing and other diagnostic imaging
- Reception & administration duties
