Role Overview:

As a National Investment Sales Agent, you will be the architect of high-performing investment transactions focusing on Melbourne. As you get more ingrained in the business, you will work nationally.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading strategic asset positioning of investments to maximise returns for clients.
  • Identifying and analysing potential investment properties to build the current robust portfolio.
  • Executing sales transactions with precision and finesse.
  • Gaining an indepth understanding of submarkets within investment markets for informed decisionmaking.
  • Preparation and assessment of financials to optimise investment opportunities.
  • Crafting compelling submissions, presentations, and marketing materials to captivate potential buyers with the marketing team.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with property professionals locally and nationally to expand your existing network.
  • Conducting thorough market research encompassing demographics and macroeconomic factors to tailor strategies.
  • Coordinating NIS portfolio auctions with Sydney and Brisbane offices, showcasing your negotiation skills.
  • Providing invaluable analytics and support to Partners and sales agents, fostering team success.
  • Collaborating and contributing to the growth of the national sales team with your strategic prowess.

Qualifications and Traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a closely related field.
  • A passion for lucrative property sales and investment transactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust numeracy skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A true team player with strong organisational and collaboration skills.
