$80,000 base + super - $110,000 OTE (Overall package will grow as you build your client base into year 2, year 3, etc.)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Agent to join the dynamic team in Tullamarine, Melbourne.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales and building strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect businesses in various sectors that would benefit from our vending machine services.
  • On the road daily to conduct site visits and facetoface meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored vending solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our vending solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and track all client interactions in a CRM.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Confident with conducting daily site visits to prospect businesses and creating opportunities to present the vending solution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to travel daily within the Greater Melbourne area and surrounding regions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
