Working in a small, collaborative team, you will be a part of a fast paced environment where you will be organising, attending and facilitating Council Meetings, Panel and Committee meetings.


This administration role will see you working across various administrative tasks and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are met.


Strong communication and administration skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and having a passion for continuous improvement are required in this role.


This position is required to provide high-quality customer service to senior stakeholders and ultimately to, and create value for the community.


Key activities of this role include:

  • Facilitate and attend scheduled Council, Panel and Committee meetings;
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure legislative requirements are met and compliance with Code of Meeting practices;
  • Review and facilitate the development of accurate Reports, Business Papers, Minutes and Action Items arising from Council, Panel and Committee Meetings;
  • Provide highquality service to Council's governing body by facilitating various requests for information from diverse areas of the organisation;
  • Work flexible hours when required which may involve work outside the normal spread of hours, to ensure Council, Panel and Committee meeting scheduled is maintained and attended.

This role provides a salary range of between $61.5k to $73.8k per annum + 11% superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role
with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
