The Role:

Reporting into the State Health & Safety Manager you will be responsible for but not restricted to:

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage the compliance-based learning and development requirements
  • Maintaining, reviewing, developing, implementing and the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and processes.
  • Assist with maintaining and furthering the Company's accreditations and certifications.
  • Undertaking internal auditing
  • Maintaining and updating plans, systems and registers
  • Working closely with staff, promoting a safe working environment
  • Respond to areas of noncompliance in a timely and proactive manner
  • Management of Health and Safety training

The Individual:


You will have a minimum of Cert IV in HSE with proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager ideally within the civil construction sector and solid knowledge of relevant Standards.

You will be an effective communicator and be able to articulate at all levels to ensure all employees are safety conscious.

Open to considering Senior HSE Advisors looking to take that next step up.
