Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare? Do you have experience in Return-to-Work (RTW) administration and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you


We are currently seeking a talented RTW Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis for a period of 4 months.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the well-being of employees and ensure a smooth transition back to work.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the ReturntoWork records process for employees following medical leave or workplace injury, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
  • Support HR, supervisors, and the team to document returntowork plans and facilitate the employee's transition back to their regular duties.
  • Track medical documentation, employee progress, and maintain accurate records of the RTW process.
  • Conduct ongoing communication with employees, supervisors, and providers to ensure a coordinated and supportive RTW experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors regarding the RTW process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to monitor and support the Workers' Compensation process.
  • Stay uptodate with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in RTW administration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ReturntoWork administration or a related field within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data management and reporting.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A high level of empathy, understanding, and professionalism when working with employees going through the RTW process.
  • Relevant certifications or training in RTW administration would be an asset.
