The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in nurturing relationships with existing customers to maximize their value. By delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving product utilization, and exceeding expectations, the CSM ensures customer success through onboarding, growth, and renewal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with new customers and understand their goals
  • Develop tailored strategies to achieve customer objectives through consultancy
  • Utilize KnowBe4 assessment tools to enhance the customer journey
  • Guide customers through onboarding steps including account setup, training, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with technical support for complex inquiries
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics
  • Conduct regular business reviews, address issues, and drive product adoption
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell opportunities for customer expansion
  • Exceed booking targets and maintain accurate CRM records

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
