About the Role
- You will be joining our Medical Records Team holding a key responsibility of maintaining patient medical records for the hospital.
- You will ensure day only scanning is kept up to date to assist with coding & cash collections.
- You will be rotating duties within the team and can offer general administrative support to other elements of the team from time to time.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry.
You will be an initiative-taking professional with strong attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the workday.
Any experience with Patient Management Systems will be highly desired.You will also bring.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a highperforming team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to cope with demanding situations and strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to respect privacy and confidentiality
- Intermediate computer knowledge/ literacy
- Experience within a similar role in a hospital or health care setting will be highly regarded, though not essential
- Knowledge of health fund contracts is highly regarded but not essential
