About The Position

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in the ongoing administration and development of the corporate EDRMS.
  • Assist Manager Records to implement the Corporate Record Keeping Plan, in compliance with the State Records Act.
  • Coordinate and perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks for the EDRMS.
  • Support the business to meet compliance requirements and build Information and Records Management capacity.
  • Assist the Manager Records in the development and implementation of Information and Records Management processes.
  • Maintains and promotes the policies, processes and systems that ensure compliance with the State Records Act, enabling staff capabilities through the delivery of ongoing education and training programmes.

About You

  • Certified EDRMS Administrator
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced numeracy and Computer literacy skills
  • Advanced Written and Interpersonal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
