About the Role

Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on supporting our clients at Sunnyfield? As a Service Manager within our Community Services team, you will play a key leadership position, leading a team to provide support and activities to achieve our clients goals.

As a person centred leader you will have a direct hands on role including the development of new programs and supports along with operational administrative responsibilities.


Key focus:

  • Develop innovative programs and services to take our business into the future
  • Engage with families, stakeholders and community to build partnerships and deliver solutions.
  • Deliver first class services to exceed our clients expectations
  • Lead and support a team of Community Support Workers to execute delivery plans whilst providing a high level of support to our clients
  • Provide coaching and developing opportunities, manage conflict and address performance within your team
  • Contribute to the growth of Sunnyfield through the development and expansion of your service, client acquisition and retention

About You

  • You are passionate about making a difference As a positive and energetic person you want to contribute and generate new ideas to enhance services.

  • You will demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with people.
