Your role:
As the Principal Officer/ Consultant your role will include**:

  • managing an organisational element involved in the administration or co-ordination to achieve a result in line with the corporate goals of the department.
- developing, implementing and reviewing policy instructions and administrative or specialist procedures for the guidance of functional elements of the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with the department's technical service teams to provide expertise in the management and implementation of the departments eDRMS (Content Manager).
  • Identify opportunities to improve the departments records management practice and provide change management support to users.
  • Champion the adoption of, and adherence to information management best practice through the development of policies and standards and the provision of expert advice and guidance.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with other staff members and contribute to the development of a corporate culture, which is client focused and values innovation and continuous improvement.
- will have extensive experience that you can draw upon establishing and implementing organisational wide processes and provide sound advice and guidance to various levels of the business on legislative and regulatory requirements relating to information and records management, retention and disposal.
