Join the Civmec TeamAt Civmec we have a large energetic recruitment team and we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join us and bring their passion for all things recruitment with them. The role will work collaboratively with Hiring Managers and stakeholders at all levels and manage the end to end recruitment life cycle for our project based roles. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a strong focus o n developing talent attraction strategies in an ever-changing market.
The RoleThis role will primarily be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of customer service and partner with the Hiring Managers to deliver on recruitment objectives.
- Weekly progress reporting of all roles to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Arranging on-boarding for successful candidates including arranging on-line training in conjunction with the Mobilisations team where appropriate
- Keeping up to date with market changes and identifying key target areas to attract candidates.
- Utilising all available technologies to actively approach and communicate with the passive recruitment market.
- Strong administration skills and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Create job advertisements, screen, and shortlist high quality candidates for our White Collar corporate and project roles.
- Proactive use of all available sourcing channels including but not limited to SEEK, LinkedIn, talent search and referrals.
- Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, skills and qualifications required for each project.
- Creating and maintaining talent pools.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Previous experience with recruiting high volume recruitment activities and end to end recruitment.
- An understanding of how to approach and communicate with a passive recruitment market or be keen to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
