Working in a team of administrators your role will include:

  • Backup of ASIC management
  • General Administration
  • Scanning
  • MYOB management and data entry
  • ATO and ASIC database management
  • Updating of client information
  • Company and trust setups
  • ATO registrations
  • Superfund documents loadings
  • Backup Billings
  • Backup job collating

Skills and personal attributes required:

  • You will have experience working as an administrator within an accounting firm performing the above duties
  • You must have proven job stability and longevity on your CV
  • Must be proactive, organised and selfmotivated.
  • Be clientfocused
  • Experience using MYOB and Xero would be an advantage
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
