About the role

Trideca is looking for a Senior Android Developer to join the Trideca team on a permanent basis. This role will work in a consultative role, and be required to act as the Android SME for internal and external stakeholders.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for;

  • Providing guidance on the latest mobile technology advances to inform our product designs
  • Participating in all aspects of agile project delivery (including planning and user story refinement) and interacting with all project stakeholders
  • Writing maintainable, secure, scalable, performant and well-tested code
  • Work with the technical leads to develop, implement and maintain design patterns that are regularly reviewed and used to support quality acceptance

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess;

  • Minimum of 6 years experience working with Android Technology (Kotlin required)
  • Previous experience working in a consultancy role, advising internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Design patterns MVC/MVVM
  • NewRelic for crash reporting and some events tracking ·
  • Experience working with;
    • GA or Adobe
    • SonarQube
    • Github
    • Bitrise
    • Appcenter
  • Jira/Confluence/Slack/Miro for communication & collaboration
  • Experience working within the Financial sector would be advantageous
