About the Role:

Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our teams are working harder than ever.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has the expertise to lead this function and successfully promote staff engagement.

This is a senior role that oversees a critical function in our business, not only supporting the warehousing and logístical requirements, but genuinely driving continuous improvement and best practice.


Success in performance, productivity, effectiveness and profitability of the branch will come from the provision and implementation of effective operational initiatives.

This is a role that you can get your teeth into for all the right reasons with safety, people management, process improvement and WMS utilisation as the top priorities.

Under the guidance of an experienced Branch Manager who themselves are keen to pay it forward and invest in the next generation of leaders.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Achieving personal, as well as operational team targets and KPIs
  • Leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing your operational team to provide exceptional customer service and positive outcomes
  • Working with managers and team members to identify opportunities for improvement, creating action plans and receiving commitments to ensure outcomes/results are achieved
  • To control the activities of Operations in a costeffective manner.
  • To oversee efficient employee and vehicle daily programming for local, interstate, and international removals.
  • To ensure that all relevant systems and documentation are accurate, precise, and complete, within the WMS
  • To ensure briefing and debriefing of crews occur in a timely manner
  • Manage operational service delivery issues to resolution

About you:

  • Have you demonstrated success in operations and mentoring others?
  • Do you have a handson approach that successfully oversees and assists with the daytoday management of frontline staff.
  • Do you have the ability to think outside the box, try new things and find efficiencies?
  • We don't want to maintain our position we want someone to come in and continue to grow it.
  • Exposure to the removals industry preferred though not essential.
