Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed labour, labour hire, staffing and training services. Our client is a leading international food and supply chain located in Heathwood. We are currently seeking reliable KNIFE HANDS to join the team.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Using a knife trim fat off meat and or portioning the meat from the bone
  • Working in food production environment handling raw meat products
  • Manual handling
  • Ensuring quality of all products
  • General cleaning

What are we looking for?

  • Previous Knife hand experience trimming / boning / cutting
  • Willing to work within a cold room environment 7 degrees
  • Willing to work with raw meat products
  • Must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work within a teambased environment
  • Availability to work 11 hour shifts (days) across 7 days of the week
  • Australian working rights
