Our Family:

  • About us: 2 boys ages 11 and 1

  • Me though I have a physical disability, this role is to support me in my "mum life" and does not involve personal care for me. I also have a golden retriever assistance dog so you must be good with pets. I am home at the same time as you will be required to be here.
  • Husband he currently works from the office 2 days per week and works from home 3 days per week.

Your Duties:


  • Days: 3 days per week
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Hours:
7am to 9:30am and 1:30pm - 6pm during school weeks. School Holidays can be a single shift with break if that suits you.

Pay rate:
negotiable based on experience Role: This role includes assistance with morning & afternoon family routine including drop off and pick up from school, meal planning, cooking, household management, washing, vacuuming, errand running and light cleaning (we have a regular cleaner)

Days:
2 days per week - Monday & Tuesday

Hours:
7am to 9:30am and 1:30pm - 6pm during school weeks. Hours can be flexible around school drop off/pick up requirements. School Holidays can be a single shift with break if that suits you.

Within the family we have a number of allergies and dietary needs to juggle so all meals require you to follow a recipe - so must love cooking

  • Have experience with children/teenagers is desirable but liking them is essential. Finding ways to engage my kids and getting them to like you will make this role successful.
  • Be organised and love organisation. If you like to work from lists and routines, then you are the person for us.
  • Must have own reliable transport. We pay $ per km travel allowance.
  • Nonsmoker
  • Do you have attention to detail? We really need someone who has initiative but also is thorough and methodical.
  • Be a calm and happy person and respectful of our home insight to the energy you bring to us every day is essential.
  • Be reliable, punctual, honest and flexible this role is essential to our family functioning.
  • Disability experience is an advantage but not essential, just approach me openly.
  • Must have ABN, Working With Children Check, Police Check and own insurances.
