Service Support Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Support Administration Officer to join our team at C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing expert talent support to our centres, ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare management system, Kidsoft.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our centres to provide advice, troubleshooting, service support, and system configuration for Kidsoft.
- Provide quality training and education to our leaders in using the system.
- Assist and educate our leaders on managing their funding requirements in the system.
- Experience in the childcare or education sector, with a strong understanding of QLD Kindergarten funding.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a childcare management software, such as Kidsoft.
- Competent system skills, with experience using helpdesk support software (e.g. Freshdesk or similar).
- Ability to efficiently manage high volume issues/incidents and requests using a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Ability to facilitate training sessions and create/maintain training documentation.
- Work-life balance with the option to work from home up to two days a week.
