About the role:

  • Lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects. To meet our client's current and future work commitments, we require a qualified and experienced Landscape Supervisor, to work on several new and existing projects across Ballarat and Surrounds
  • You will ideally have experience in training, coaching and supervising apprentices to contribute to their project portfolio of diverse landscapes.

About the role:

  • Lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects. To meet our client's current and future work commitments, we require a qualified and experienced Landscape Supervisor, to work on several new and existing projects across Ballarat and Surrounds
  • You will ideally have experience in training, coaching and supervising apprentices to contribute to their project portfolio of diverse landscapes.

The following qualities and experience are essential:

  • Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
  • Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
  • People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
  • Demonstrated industry experience in landscaping.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous relevant experience working on hardscape / softscape projects
  • The role requires strong problemsolving skills and ability to communicate effectively with managers, team members, clients, and the public.

  • WWC Certificate
  • Vehicle licences (trucks and Plant advantageous)
