An exciting opportunity is available at our Salisbury South location for a Workforce Rostering Coordinator in a Permanent Full-time capacity.

Located in Salisbury South, as an experienced Workforce Rostering Coordinator, your role will involve efficient employee scheduling within Home Care Services. You'll play a vital role in optimizing workforce utilization, maintaining staffing levels, and fostering key relationships to achieve service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in roster creation, editing, and maintenance
  • Communicate schedules clearly to employees and clients
  • Contribute to workforce management processes
  • Maintain effective communication with team leaders and managers
  • Liaise with neighborhood coordinator to address client concerns

Requirements:

  • Experience in staff coordination and roster management
  • Attention to detail and logical thinking
  • Knowledge of awards and rostering principles
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Experience with sensitive information management
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening check

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Aged Care regulations
  • Previous experience in Aged Care
