THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is specifically for someone with experience in the Microsoft 365 technologies, and a desire to focus on developing and expanding this skillset.

The Microsoft 365 Engineer plays a key role as a Level 3 Support team member in a fast paced environment.

As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership and resolving complex issues of the Digital Workplace Collaboration Workplace platform for our customers.

You will utilise your exceptional M365 expertise to advise customers of potential continuous improvements in their environment. You will also contribute to the wider team and your peers to enhance existing processes with an automation focus.


This role focuses on Microsoft 365 productivity services for our customers including messaging, mobility, communications and collaboration, security, identity and access management.

You will ideally have strong hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer in your current or previous role.

You will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in

  • Retention policies, Litigation Hold, Sensitivity labelling, Data loss prevention (DLP)


 Defender for 36
  • Microsoft Teams advanced configuration
  • Security and Compliance, eDiscovery
  • Intune (MDM, MAM)
You will typically have exposure across a wide variety of technology areas including (but not limited to):

  • Microsoft 365 Groups, Guest Users
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Azure MFA & SSPR
  • Azure AD Connect, SSO
  • SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Working knowledge of related technologies
