Highly exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Service wizard, with vehicle assessment experience, to join Australia and New Zealand's fastest-growing car membership club.

You will answer a high volume of inbound calls and provide exceptional service to customers requiring cosmetic car repairs - turning a customer's bad situation into a positive experience.


INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Respond to incoming calls with an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Coordinate bookings between relevant parties.
  • Communicating efficiently with key contacts eg. dealerships, customers, workshops, and Mobile Technicians.
  • Query resolution for all customers.
  • Process incoming orders.
  • Support customer service queries and provide updates and ETAs.
  • Manage and handle all customer enquiries, quotes and job bookings.
  • Effectively allocate jobs to Mobile Operators with correct information.
  • Contribute to team meetings

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in a similar role providing vehicle assessment customer service.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Passion for exceeding customer service expectations
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all types of customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Data entry ability.
  • Experience multitasking within a fastpaced environment.
  • A cando attitude, selfmotivated and proactive.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Tech savvy; quick to learn new programs.
  • Ability meet KPIs, use initiative, and be resourceful.
