The Opportunity
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent organisational skills to join our team as a Support Officer.

This role will directly support the Director of Health, Wellbeing and Community Services, while also supporting the broader executive and team.

Using your high-level administration skills this role will see you managing competing priorities and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.


What will your day involve?

  • Assisting in preparing correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements, monitor, and track operational tasks.
  • Managing communication channels efficiently and effectively respond to inquiries to facilitate the highlevel function of skills team.
  • Undertake routine financial transactions and procurement operations
  • Selfmotivated with excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and complex environment and can prioritise tasks
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills

We would love to hear from you if you can meet the following essential requirements:

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in providing quality executive secretarial and administrative support in a high-volume professional environment.
  • Experience in the effective use of records management and finance systems.
