Your Role at Nextt:


Join us in making a difference As a mental health support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering health support for our participants.


Nextt is seeking a passionate and reliable male mental health support worker who will encourage our patient to reach his goals in Blacktown Hospital.

You must have a minimum of 12 months experience supporting a participant with a mental health diagnosis and challenging behaviours.


Your skills and experience:

Mental Health Support

Autism Awareness

Behaviour Support

Capacity Building

Supports Times:

  • Tuesday 11am2pm
  • Thursday 11am2pm


Supports will take place on the grounds of the hospital with the aim of transitioning to community access supports in the future, once a good relationship and trust has been formed between the client and support worker.

Opportunity to offer a permanent part-time employment within couple months.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate or willing to obtain
  • Car with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Drivers Licence
