We are a dynamic HR & Recruitment Consultancy business specializing in Engineering, Science and IT positions within the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, consulting & related sectors.


  • Due to continued growth and operations, an opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated and talented Recruitment Administrator/Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for a wide range of recruitment & marketing activities.
    About the Opportunity
Working within a small dynamic team and as a motivated self starter, key responsibilities include the following:

  • Create jobs on the database & post job advertisements on SEEK, LinkedIn & social media platforms.
  • Perform recruitment activities such as sourcing, telephone screening & reference checking as required.
  • Prepare & manage all contractor documentation including contracts, inductions and so on.
  • Maintain all social media & marketing activities.
  • Research, compose & post online content on the company's website & social media accounts.
  • Research & review targeted market sectors including clients & competitors in the industry.

About You- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Marketing.

  • Sound administration skills with good MS Office Skills
  • Sound organisational & time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well developed interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Great team player & able to work within a team & independently.
  • Some experience with recruitment and/or social media & marketing is highly desirable but not essential
