Organisational Development Manager


Our client is a highly reputable matrix organisation who prides themselves on their diversity and inclusion and their strong ties to the community.

This international, Perth based organisation are a leader in their industry sector with a reputation for high performance and delivery excellence.


This is a newly created role, where you will play a key role in enhancing employee performance, fostering growth and driving organisational effectiveness through the effective design and implementation of learning initiatives.


We are looking for an experienced and highly effective Organisational Development Specialist to lead and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance of the organisation.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions and drive positive change.

Reporting to the Head of People Services, you'll be responsible for;

  • Lead ad facilitate change initiatives
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes that align with organisational goals
  • Develop strategies to foster a culture of employee engagement, motivation, reward, recognition and retention
  • Collaborate with all specialists areas of the business to develop and implement key initiatives
  • Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing etc.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to identify and develop succession plans through assessing talent gaps, creating development plans and associated strategies to promote retention
  • Assess organisational structure, processes and workflows and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilise datadriven insights and assess impacts and recommendations for improvements
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, support and direction.

About you;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, change management and talent development
  • Strong knowledge of organisational development theories, practices and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate change initiatives


You are a natural in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where you can adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
