They have an incredible Property Management team, and as one portfolio is growing at a rapid rate, they are now seeking a Property Manager to take the reins and hit the ground running

We are actively hiring for this position.

The role:

  • Managing a well maintained portfolio all within walking distance of the office
  • Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Conduct repairs & maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Termination notices
  • Arrears control
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Attending tribunal
  • Conduct open home inspections within the week
  • Monitor and address any non-compliance with terms and conditions of tenancy
  • Regularly review rent and arrange lease renewals

The Candidate:

  • 1-2 years experience working as a Property Manager
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
  • Driver's license with reliable car
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent use of office technology
