About the Role:
We are in search of a Junior Property Manager to join our tight-knit Property Management Team. You will be assisting a Senior Property Manager in overseeing a neat portfolio of approximately 100 properties. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Working closely with a Senior Property Manager
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Handling maintenance requests
  • Supporting lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Taking care of leasing tasks
  • Managing property administration and marketing
  • Communicating with property owners and tenants
  • Working Monday-Saturday with a weekday off

About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a driver's license
  • 0-12 months of real estate experience
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting
  • A solid work ethic
  • Mandarin speaking skills would be advantageous
