About the team


Our Operations & Passenger Delivery team is committed to keep Melbourne moving by delivering exceptional passenger experiences through on-time, reliable, safe and efficient services.


We achieve this through face-to-face interactions by our frontline teams, supported by our safety operations, operational readiness, and network performance teams.

About the role

  • Coordinate rosters in accordance with Enterprise Agreement, business, and operational requirements
  • Ensure cost/quality control and timely delivery of rosters and associated material
  • Provide rostering and resourcing related advice and support to the Station Masters and the Stations Leadership team
  • Provide relevant stakeholders with information on Master Roster material, roster altercations, suggested improvements necessary to comply with fatigue requirements
  • Planning, Develop, manage delivery and review progress against plans to ensure they are on schedule
  • Stakeholder Management : Engage stakeholders across the team
About you - Key Criteria

  • Ability to collect, analyse and present workplace data and information
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Experience in project management environment
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff (verbal and written)
