About the role
As the face of Nest Psychology, this role will require you to work approx. 16 hours per week on Monday to Friday afternoons (230-6pm).

You will be an integral part of running (and building) the practice and maintaining our friendly culture

This is what's involved:

  • Receptionist duties such as welcoming new clients, and processing payments
  • Using our practice management system (Halaxy) to help to keep our practice records organised
  • Marketing tasks such as updating content on our website, Instagram, Facebook and Mail Chimp newsletters
  • Finance tasks: ensuring accounts are paid, follow up payments as required
  • Business improvement such as prepare resources and documentation for the practice
  • Light cleaning
  • Other business development, administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Skills and experience

  • Prior experience as a receptionist with excellent customer service skills would be well regarded
  • Role would suit someone with medical or psychology practice experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
  • Ability to use Halaxy (our practice management system) is desirable but not mandatory
  • Good attention to detail is a must
  • Exceptional computing skills, including basic operating systems, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Natural problem solver, able to trouble shoot issues easily (eg: issues with IT, website, Medicare)
  • Understanding of the necessity for confidentiality

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary:
$ $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Sanitisation is done regularly.

Experience:

  • MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
