About the client:_

Founded in 1992, our client is a leading manufacturer and installer of commercial window and façade systems. They are looking for experienced trade assistants (Fabricators and Glaziers) to join their team in Bayswater, VIC. Newbies are welcome to apply

Duties:_

  • Working from plans required
  • Plan out job flow for cutting, folding, machining, and fabrication process
  • Using machinery and following our company policies and procedures to cut, fold, drill, roll, weld, rivet, sand, grind, clean, prime welds, and silicon as required to produce a quality job in allocated times
  • Cleaning of the glass
  • Scraping window frames and clean windows
  • Using silicon sealants to secure glass in place
  • Other duties required on si
  • Installing/replacing the glass products i.e., insulated glass, tempered glass, etc.
  • Preparing windows for dispatch
  • Other factory duties where required

- $31.50 per hour + Super

Window Fabricator TAs:

- $34 per hour + Super

Must haves:_

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Trades Qualification is highly regarded
  • Own reliable transport

Job Type:
Casual

Salary:
$ $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
