An exciting opportunity has become available in our Bupa Optical & Hearing operations team, reporting into the Region Operations Manager.

This is a brand-new role, and you'll have the ability to make this role your own


The key focus of this role is to support training and development of store staff to enable an exceptional in store customer experience.

This is a full-time permanent position. This role will require frequent travel to our stores nation-wide.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support stores with training, coaching and capability development to improve the customer experience

What do I need?

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching others to achieve high standards of performance
Experience in dealing with customers, including handling objections and complaints

  • Strong experience working in the Optical industry, customer service and sales environment, including a demonstrated ability our dispensing skills
