Our collaborative team at Volvo Commercial Vehicles Australia is looking for a dynamic and driven

Retail Sales Administrator to join the team in Wacol.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate the administration of retail truck sales, invoicing and accounting functions
  • Check new truck sales order packs for completeness and compliance to standard and create deal documentation in SharePoint
  • Create any required deposit invoices at time of order and check CM and PARMA creation, administering corrections and creations as required
  • Raise purchase orders at point of order in line with authority levels
  • Check bank statement and bank account for monies, allocating and advising the accounts team and salespeople of payment and outstanding monies
  • Facilitate deposit, proforma, final registration and miscellaneous invoices of retail trucks, liaising with financers and customers
