National Fleet Sales Coordinator

What you will do
At Volvo Group Australia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large

You will:


Work in conjunction with Key Account Manager to ensure the coordination, administration and delivery of new truck fit-up for National Fleet Truck orders.

Lead the transformation of Fleet Sales processes, improving efficiency and coordination.
Manage new truck fit-ups and deliveries, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer expectations.
Handle purchase orders and cost allocation for suppliers.
Develop and maintain schedules for truck builds and deliveries, providing timely updates.
Streamline collaboration with wholesale functions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in invoicing and customer service, able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • The ability to work autonomously and be willing to help out in the team and use your initiative when needed
  • A commitment to meeting deadlines and are able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A natural affinity for problem solving and strong data analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of excel
  • A HR license would be advantageous but it is not essential
