The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a dynamic lawyer to become part of our client's Corporate and Commercial team. You will work on a diverse range of matters including sale of business, distribution agreements, shareholder agreements, transactional work, franchise work, drafting agreements. You will gain exposure to a broad range of areas including retail, manufacturing, energy, social enterprise and more.

Bringing along your experience with franchising will be highly beneficial in this role; as majority of your clients will be franchisors. This will include complex matters relating to transfer of franchised businesses, preparation of franchising agreements, disputes and more.

You will be trusted with a high level of autonomy at times in this role, however the mentorship you will gain from senior team members will be invaluable for you.
