draftingand negotiating transaction documents;workingon a range of matters relating to corporate/M&Atransactions (including due diligence), analysis of legal,contractual and other issues, and attending to regulatorymatters;liaisingwith clients and corporate and other advisers, as well as othergroups within our firm who provide specialist input on M&Atransactional issues (such as our Employment, Banking, Tax,Property and Projects colleagues);attending to completionof transactions;beingpart of a team on other commercial transactions, such ascapital raisings (private and public), joint ventures,management equity structures, etc; andothercommercial contracts (not necessarily associated with M&Atransactions) from time to time.
