Responsibilities- Create exceptional Guests experiences
- Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
- Work, health and safety management
- Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of all dining outlets within the hotel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
+
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensuretimelyand high-quality food preparation and presentation.
+
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs tooptimizeprofitability whilemaintainingquality.
- Experience and Service Excellence:
+
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
+
- Implement andmaintainhigh standardsof customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
+
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
- Management and Development:
+
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and bar staff, fostering a positive work environment.
+
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
+
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,maintaininga clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
