Details of the Role

  • Starting pay rate at $32.37, increasing to $34.59 after 3 months (Junior rates may apply)
  • Additional benefits include +12% superannuation and up to 12 weeks of part-time paid training
  • Shifts scheduled between Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 5:06 pm, after completing training
  • Potential for permanent positions to become available

Responsibilities

  • Performing customer sales and service transactions
  • Managing high-value transactions accurately
  • Conducting various identity services transactions
  • Promoting products and services through sales initiatives
  • Assisting customers with mail services
  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Completing administrative tasks such as stocktaking

Desired Qualities
We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable. You should enjoy working in a team and prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should have experience in customer service and cash handling, and be capable of lifting up to 16kgs regularly.
