Currently seeking a variety of General Services staff for ACT Government Parks & Gardens area - casual roles offering up to 38 hours per week + overtime.


Positions will be based out of various depots around the ACT and will be responsible for maintaining the ACT's public parks and spaces.


MUST HAVE:

  • White Card
  • Happy to do litter picking and cleaning
  • Manual Drivers Licence essential, MR /HR an Advantage
  • Asbestos awareness advantageous
  • Must pass a mandatory Police Check

Position requirements include:

  • Garden / landscape maintenance experience
  • Ideally Ride on Mowers and tractors experience
  • Mowing experience and ability to use gardening tools including blowers, whipper snippers etc
  • HR Drivers License preferred but not essential (Manual Class C Drivers essential)

  • Long work pants / Long sleeve Hivisibility shirt and Work Boots
  • Ability and willingness to perform Litter picking duties
  • Happy to do cleaning duties
  • Good team player who can take direction
