About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Labourer to join our team at Workforce International Group. As a Horticultural Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining high-profile gardens by pruning, hedging, mulching, watering, and overall looking after the grounds of some of Canberra's most iconic locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prune and trim plants and trees to maintain their shape and appearance
  • Weed and remove unwanted plants and debris from gardens and grounds
  • Mow and maintain lawns and other grassed areas
  • Identify and control pests and diseases that may affect plants and trees
  • Hedge and shape plants and trees to maintain their appearance
  • Mulch and compost to improve soil health and reduce waste
  • Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and other plants in gardens and grounds
  • Renovate and maintain turf to ensure it remains healthy and well-maintained

About You:
