Our client is seeking an exceptional Head of Data to join their team in a pivotal role.

As the Head of Data, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that harnesses the company's extensive data resources to drive strategic decision-making and deliver valuable insights.

With the company's global leadership position, the role of data-driven decision-making is paramount to their continued success, growth, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful integration of data analytics into various business processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data analytics capabilities and keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Build and lead a highperforming data analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Present datadriven insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisionmaking at the highest level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline). Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data strategies and driving analytics initiatives in a complex, global organization.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, data management, and business intelligence, with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
