What you'll do:

Drive a high performing culture and a safe & inclusive workplace.Take ownership to drive your teams performance in achieving business targets and goals.Provide direction, support and leadership to your team through varied channels (virtually, on road & in office).Regular review and communicate business practices ensuring national consistency, governance and process standards are met.Engage with peers and key stakeholders to understand overall Home Claims performance and leverage your teams capability effectively (technical or event support).Look for and own continuous improvement initiatives aligned to our Assessing & Repair Strategy.
