This role will be responsible for the deployment of an ERP and PLM.
The Application Development Lead role will manage a team as part of a broader Solution Development team.

The team will have the responsibility of performing all necessary development to support the integration of Applications (based on Oracle EBS) and include delivering integrations for multiple different applications.

Lead a team (up to 4 full time resources) to deliver the required application development activities in line with the agreed application development backlog Act as scrum master for the Application Development team Execute Agile/Scrum Development Life Cycle way of working, including story creation, analysis and design, software development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support Liaise with members of the IS/IT team to utilise specific application knowledge and to co-ordinate deployment of application changes as part of the broader IS/IT environment Develop the design for all application modifications required Support the installation of the necessary environments within the Thales Australia IS/IT environment Provide technical support to the team to facilitate all development activities Evaluate potential solutions and make appropriate recommendations Act as the Application Team interface to the broader project team YOUR EXPERIENCE To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience: Undergraduate Degree or relevant industry qualifications Experience in leading an agile development team delivering application development Experience in the design of application integrations Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Conflict resolution and negotiation skills and experience WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
